- 01Duration · 15 mins
Free phone consultation
What happens: Tell us what you're seeing — pigeons on a roof, gulls swooping at customers, starling roosts, fouling on signage. We'll ask a few questions and gauge the level of bird pressure.
You receive: An honest opinion and, if it's a fit, a site-assessment slot.
- 02Duration · 60–90 mins
On-site assessment & species ID
What happens: A licensed falconer visits, identifies all bird species present, maps roosting and feeding hotspots, and flags any hygiene or safety risks. Drone surveys available for tall buildings.
You receive: A clear understanding of what's nesting, what's transient, and what's driving the problem.
- 03Duration · Within 5 working days
Written programme & fixed price
What happens: Photographic report with a recommended programme — scheduled hawk flights, proofing, netting or spiking — plus method statements, risk assessments and a fixed price.
You receive: Everything in writing, no verbal estimates, no surprises.
- 04Duration · Ongoing schedule
Hawk flights & proofing
What happens: Our falconers fly trained Harris Hawks on a rolling schedule (weekly, fortnightly or as agreed). Any physical proofing — netting, spikes, wires — is installed by our technicians around the flying programme.
You receive: A steadily dispersed bird population and a documented site visit log.
- 05Duration · Continuous
Monitoring & ongoing care
What happens: We monitor bird pressure between visits, adjust flight frequency seasonally, and stay on call for any new activity. Most sites move to maintenance flying within 8–16 weeks.
You receive: A long-term partnership, written visit records, and a single point of contact.
