By using this website (hawking.ie) or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Hawking Pest Control by Enviroteck, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Ireland.

Enquiries submitted through the website are not binding contracts. A formal proposal is provided after an on-site assessment by a licensed falconer. Site assessments are typically free of charge for properties within our Leinster service area, but this is at our discretion.

Bird-control programmes are agreed in writing and set out the scheduled hawk-flight cadence, any physical proofing (netting, spiking, wires) and the duration of the engagement. If agreed bird-pressure outcomes are not being achieved during the programme, we will adjust the flight schedule or remediation works at no additional cost, in line with the written method statement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of completion. Late payments may incur statutory interest under Irish law.

We carry full public liability insurance. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from undisclosed site hazards, restricted access, or works carried out by other parties.

All photos, text and branding on this site are the property of Hawking Pest Control or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
